The Mason

This 20-acre development will consist of fourteen three story multifamily buildings with a total of 419 units. The project uses a contemporary farmhouse expression with simple gable and shed roofs. The black and white palette ties the project together and serves as a counterpoint to the landscaped grounds. Board and batten walls and simple window fenestration further emphasizes the theme. A central courtyard with clubhouse and pool terrace serves as the community focal point.
