Job Captain
The Architectural Job Captain will serve on a variety of project types and will be primarily responsible for project documentation and coordination. The Job Captain supports the Project Architect and Project Manager and guides the extended team to create complete design and construction documents.

Project Architect
The Project Architect will responsible for detailing and technical documentation of the project design, along with the coordination of building systems with consultants such as civil, structural and MEP engineers. The PA will confirm conformance with all applicable building codes and interface with municipal building departments and other governing agencies to coordinate city review and approvals.

Construction Administrator
The Construction Administrator will perform administration services for hospitality, residential; mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, luxury, senior, affordable, and student housing projects in markets across the country. CA team members support and guide the ESG Architecture and Interior Design teams throughout the entire duration of project construction.

ESG is hiring for an Architect in the Hospitality Market Lead position who will guide the project execution and business development efforts specific to the Hospitality market at ESG. Time will be divided 80/20 to achieve both project specific work and business development related efforts.
