Our Path
The world is in constant change, and we know we can’t predict the future, but we can certainly influence it. We’re taking small steps now to achieve what we hope will lead to a bigger impact. Every day is a new day to learn, grow and take action.
We're working on fostering more diverse relationships
This means that we're actively reaching out to consultants within the industries that support our work so that we may learn from and with those whose background is different than ours.
We're seeking out projects with high social impact
This means that we're creating a program that allows our staff to offer support to business owners who are either representing a marginalized community or who are supporting a program that creates systematic change.
We're exploring how to promote civic action in our community
This means that we're looking to join local community boards and neighborhood organizations that advocate for positive change and equity and encourage employees to take leadership roles in organizations that promote philanthropic initiatives.
