The Marq Amenity

The new building amenity suite on the second floor of The Marq office building was completed in 2019. This beautiful space employs high end finishes to elevate the hospitality oriented program that includes lounge spaces, a gaming room, an outdoor patio and a town hall space for large groups. The interior design elevates the richness of the building with marble wall panels, white oak flooring, metal screens to divide rooms and acoustic ceiling baffles to soften the spaces. The sophisticated neutral palette allows furniture vignettes and fixtures to stand-out and gives the casework a hospitality feel. The town hall serves as a destination for training, presentations, meetings and co-working by building tenants.
