The James

The James is a multifamily building inspired by the history and character of Kirkwood, Missouri. Drawing from the city’s architecture, James Kirkwood, and the area’s railroad heritage, the design blends romantic European influences with vintage and modern details. The architecture has a contemporary brick façade, while interiors feature a mixture of industrial and elegant design elements. Together, the project connects residents’ lifestyles while creating a strong sense of place rooted in Kirkwood’s culture and history.
