The Bohen

Situated in one of South Minneapolis’ most vibrant neighborhoods, The Bohen completes a missing link in the urban fabric of the Uptown neighborhood. The Bohen is adjacent to a transit center and connected to biking and walking on the adjacent Midtown Greenway bike and pedestrian trail. Neatly inserted onto its compact site, the seven-story building features a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units. The exterior materials consist of masonry and interlocking fiber panels that reflect the two distinct contexts that the site bridges. The amenities include a large bicycle workshop that encourages residents to get out and ride.
