Piper Sandler

Piper Sandler, a leading global investment services provider, worked with ESG to explore a new location for their Minneapolis-based headquarters. The team engaged in an extensive process of fit planning and site studies to eventually land at North Loop Green. The design thoughtfully weaves together a story that recalls the company’s legacy of innovation and entrepreneurship while delivering a grounded and contemporary Midwestern setting. Arched features pay homage to the Stone Arch Bridge, and a mix of warm and industrial finishes tie back to the city’s roots. With the new space, employees will have more inherent opportunities to collaborate and engage with their surroundings and eachother, bringing a new energy to an already evolving culture.
