This boutique residential project was strongly shaped by its steeply sloped site and the community where it is located. Strict design guidelines limited height and required massing variety. As part of a small campus of buildings, the building facades follow classic rules of balance and symmetry with tall bands of brick soldier coursing to create a distinctive visual signature. The project steps down the hillside, concealing resident parking behind two-story townhomes at the lower portion of the site, which includes native landscaping and pollinator friendly plantings. A refined palette of interior finishes and furnishings creates a refined living experience.
