Located in a south Minneapolis, this mixed-use project is rooted in the local Nokomis community. The building podium houses a popular grocer and parking on the first two levels, and then has three levels of housing above it. The restrained design of primarily white masonry materials is scaled appropriately for this commercial node. This walkable neighborhood and outstanding access to parks and trails inspired an interior design that feels bright, airy and playful. The project is home to empty nesters and young professionals who want to live in this inviting residential area.
