Moment

This project is part of a decade-long renewal of Downtown East. The building completes a full city-block redevelopment it shares with the Thrivent Financial headquarters. Located next to the Hennepin County Medical Center, the building houses many medical professionals and urban-minded dwellers alike. The exterior is composed of vertically oriented windows and composite metal panels that create a counterpoint to its horizontally oriented corporate neighbor while sharing a similar color palette. Within the building, ESG worked with “Firefighters for Healing” to create long-term stay suites for families of burn victims being treated at the Hennepin Healthcare Burn Center. At street level, the building offers retail establishments that include a coffee shop and daycare center.
