Lilia

The boutique Lilia project sits perched upon the bluffs of the Mississippi River overlooking the 600-acre forest of Lilydale Regional Park. Three fingers of the building are oriented toward this preserve, giving most of the units views of nature and the St. Paul downtown skyline. A suite of carefully crafted, intimate amenity spaces support and encourage resident interaction, including the two amenity courtyards looking out over the tree canopy. A clearly ordered exterior expression is punctuated with balconies and clad in buff colored stone and brick with a darker attic story capping the building.
