The Delta Dental Call Center in Bemidji, Minnesota focused on creating a bright, comfortable, and attractive workspace for a traditionally utilitarian work function. The high ceilinged open plan design is anchored by a dramatic glazed curtainwall that provides unobstructed views and abundant daylight for all employees. The large interior space provides an improved workday experience for employees, enhances productivity, and increases emplyee engagement. Special consideration was also given to acoustical considerations without compromising the overall open design intent.
