This proposed thirteen-story apartment building will anchor the intersection of 2nd Street and 6th Avenues in downtown Rochester. Ninety of the 342 units will be set aside for short-term housing geared toward the Mayo Clinic community. An existing traffic island will be merged with the site to create a street level plaza with benches and green space. The exterior of the building is composed of a series of volumes that will be clad in a restrained palette of metal panels, stepping back at the top floor to provide outdoor amenity space.
