Abutting Central Station Park in Bloomington, this new 400-unit mixed use project contains a highly anticipated grocery store. Focused on residents who value an active lifestyle, the exterior and interior designs are focused on nature and the outdoors. Wood-framed canopies and trellises anchor highly landscaped courtyards, and the interior design brings elements of nature into the building. The predominantly black-and-white building features randomly colored architectural elements that bring a sense of playfulness to the community.
