Wing grew up around her family’s restaurant, where she learned the rhythms of service, the art of hospitality, and the quiet power of environments designed to make people cared for. That early experience sparked a lasting appreciation for intentional spaces and ignited the entrepreneurial spirit that has shaped her career ever since.

Before joining ESG, Wing ran her own creative practice for over a decade, collaborating with global brands, publications, and cultural organizations. With a background in visual arts and experience as a creative director and photographer, she brings an intuitive, thoughtful approach to every project. A natural collaborator, Wing leads with curiosity and clarity-bringing people and ideas together to create work that drives meaningful impact across industries.
