His expertise extends from schematic design through construction administration. Working closely with diverse team members through challenges while maintaining the overall design vision, Wes’s strong design sense and technical understanding carry every project through to completion.

Wes builds relationships with his team members, as well as his clients and their stakeholders. He leads teams by producing excellent construction documents that ensure great projects. His steady temperament is well suited to balancing client, consultant and contractor requests, while maintaining design parameters, and achieving design solutions and results that exceed expectations.

Wes applies his excellent communication skills, calm under pressure, and proficiency in management and coordination to facilitating multiple, complex projects. By sharing his experience and expertise in mentoring younger ESG staff, Wes provides valuable leadership to ESG, our clients and the architectural profession.
