With a pulse on the important steps to achieve pre-design and entitlement goals within a project and a natural ability to dissect complex information, Teresa’s work at ESG is essential to project success. Her objectives are focused around ensuring that a project team and a client have fewer surprises at the municipal entitlement level and are equipped with the knowledge that will lend to a more seamless transition from approval to kick off. Teresa joined ESG in 2017 as a Designer and brought a wealth of housing, municipal planning, zoning and permitting experience to the firm and previously juggled numerous responsibilities as a Planning & Development Services Coordinator for City of Alamo Heights, Texas. She is responsible for guiding projects in the pre-design and entitlement phases. Her involvement includes producing complex zoning and land use analyses, municipal submissions, neighborhood meetings, planning commission and city council hearings and, ultimately, gaining project approval. Teresa is also involved with creating marketing content and collaborates internally and externally regarding marketing efforts.
