Ryan has been involved in architecture for over 20 years where his experience in a variety of project delivery methods has provided him the opportunity to work on a range of project types including residential, office/ retail, religious, education, health care and senior housing. He is a skilled and detail-oriented architect with strong passion and appreciation for good design and documentation. He has a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion, including programming, design, client/contractor communication, budgets, documentation and construction administration with sound techniques of personnel supervision. He is knowledgeable in sustainable design strategies, specifications, building codes, materials and methods, and construction procedures. He has an established ability to deliver projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining design integrity.
