Gretchen Camp is a Managing Principal at ESG. She manages operations for the firm, contributes to strategic growth, oversees client relations and helps steer projects in the beginning phases of development.
Gretchen’s career has always focused on the people side of the industry. A team player by nature, her strengths lie in her ability to listen, a commitment to finding a solution, and a genuine care for how others view the outcome — skills she honed while growing up with 12 siblings.
With a genuine passion for working with others, Gretchen is a regular presence at city council meetings and planning commissions. She is motivated by making things work for all stakeholders, and her ability to connect with neighborhood groups and community members helps guide projects on a municipal level. She is an implementer and a strong leader, willing to roll up her sleeves and pitch in on any task, whether it’s within the firm, in the community or on the board of the Twin Cities Housing Alliance, where she chairs the membership committee.
Throughout her two decades in the industry, Gretchen has built a strong network. She is always willing to share her knowledge and skills to help motivate and encourage the next generation of industry talent.
