With more than six years of experience working through nearly every stage of the construction process, Grant offers a practical understanding of how projects come together from the ground up. He is especially inspired by seeing a building evolve from an idea into a finished product he can be proud to help deliver.

Known for his networking, communication, and leadership skills, Grant is focused on contributing to the best possible outcome for clients and project teams alike. His passion for the construction industry was inspired by his father, Greg Houle, whose career and involvement in impactful projects motivated Grant to pursue a similar path in construction administration.
