Nurturing long and productive relationships comes so naturally to Erick that he’s known for his roster of repeat clients. In fact, they specifically request him as a collaborator. The reasons are many. Erick works with his clients from Day 1, through schematic design and design development, budget and schedule management, permits, code compliance and construction. He also engages clients and contractors on a personal, as well as professional level, to balance the serious business of designing and constructing a building with a fun and personable attitude. Moreover, for Erick, every project is a high priority.

After working on financial, industrial and commercial projects, Erick settled on multifamily housing 15 years ago. Since then, he’s played a pivotal role in the new design or renovation of more than 50 properties, totaling more than 5,000 living units, across 10 states. On top of the latest construction techniques, components and mechanicals for energy efficiency, and materials for building longevity, Erick is always prepared. Yet he admits that, “I never know everything about my job, so I continue to learn something new every day, which makes this profession so exciting.”

Highly responsive to questions, needs and requests, Erick’s clients reach out to him personally for his involvement and input as a result of his expertise, knowledge, communication skills and efficient management. “It’s critical that my clients receive all of the excellent service they deserve,” Erick says.
