As Resource and Experience Coordinator, Elena supports the firm across multiple areas—including the materials library, marketing, and hospitality. She plays a key role in keeping the library current, organized, and inspiring, ensuring designers have access to the resources they need to bring their ideas to life. Elena also assists with ESG’s marketing initiatives and helps create a welcoming, well-supported environment for both staff and guests.

With a degree in marketing and a lifelong passion for interior design, Elena brings a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her work. She plans to return to school to complete her degree in interior design, further aligning her professional path with her creative interests. Often known as the “artsy one” in her family, she’s always had an eye for aesthetics.
