A recognized leader in hospitality design, Ann partners with developers, owners, operators, and leading hotel brands across the country to create destinations that blend compelling storytelling with operational performance and unique guest experiences. Her strength lies in translating each client’s vision into cohesive environments that strengthen a property’s identity, fostering meaningful connections with industry partners, and creating lasting value for guests, brands, and communities.
Ann joined ESG as an intern more than two decades ago and has grown alongside the firm through every stage of her career; from designer to studio leader, where she built and mentored a team of more than 30 interior designers, to Managing Principal. Today, she helps lead the firm while continuing to champion design excellence, and a culture that empowers people to do their best work.
