As Resource Librarian, Elena plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s materials library and ensuring designers have access to the resources they need to bring their visions to life. She works closely with reps to keep the library current, organized, and inspiring, while also contributing to ESG’s marketing and hospitality efforts.

With a degree in marketing and a lifelong passion for interior design, Elena brings both creativity and strategic thinking to her work. She plans to return to school to complete her degree in interior design, further aligning her professional path with her creative interests. Known as the “artsy one” in her family, she’s always had an eye for aesthetics—from rearranging her childhood bedroom to finding inspiration in home décor stores like HomeGoods.

Elena is recognized for her strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to grow. Her role spans multiple departments, and she brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and initiative to every aspect of her work.
