Minneapolis Marriott West recently renovated the public spaces of the property and they engaged ESG’s interior designers to develop the new concepts. The renovation includes updates to the lobby with all new carpet, furniture, walls and lights, including newly constructed architectural feature walls and feature fireplace elements. A revamp of the business center repurposes an underutilized conference area into an open coffee bar and lounge. And a redesign of all corridors included new carpet, walls and lights. Using a soft palette of golden tones and blues, with sophisticated furnishings and original commissioned art, the renovation establishes the property as a modern and  sophisticated guest destination.
