With more than 20 years of expertise in commercial and residential design, Laura embraces ESG’s multiple, fast-paced workplace projects with superior management skills, organizational experience, design, and methodology. Laura brings new concepts and ideas to the table, to keep ESG’s design sensibility fresh and portfolio of work ahead of trends. Continually refining the design and technical aspects of workplace projects, she produces creative and functional spaces for employees that exceed client expectations. The end result of her projects, she says, is that “people working in their new space are happier than they thought they could be.” In constant contact with clients and her design teams, she keeps projects on track and on budget, and design processes moving forward. As contemporary workplace design moves away from open floor plans to incorporate more areas for privacy, Laura leads her teams in investigating the meaning of collaboration today so every client’s project reflects a distinctive approach that meets their needs. Her clients laud her ability to create workspaces that mindfully reflect their corporate culture.
