AARON ROSETH

Aaron joined ESG Architecture & Design in 2004 as an architectural designer who collaborated on a number of notable hospitality, residential and office projects throughout the Twin Cities. After becoming a partner and principal, he was elevated to president in 2017. Under his leadership, he helped grow the company to 150 employees, averaging $30M in annual revenue in his first three years as president. 

Strong client relationships have been a key to Roseth’s success throughout his career.  Serving large developers in diverse markets throughout the country has allowed ESG to remain adaptable to market changes, and Aaron has worked to establish a substantial foothold in markets outside the company’s Minneapolis headquarters, including Chicago, Phoenix and Dallas.  

Roseth achieves ongoing success in his partnerships with developers by balancing their financial requirements with a creative outlook and a community-based approach to urban planning and building design. For him, every project has a story to tell, based on its history, context and vision, which helps ESG create remarkable and memorable places and spaces.
