The vision of the Village at Saint Anthony Falls is to revitalize the birthplace of Minneapolis. This three block mixed-use development is located across from downtown on the north bank of the Mississippi River. The context is a physically diverse, historic district of commercial and warehouse buildings mixed with new townhouses and residential towers. The redevelopment seeks to renew connections among these elements by creating perimeter block projects that promote a pedestrian friendly experience.
