The Phoenix Lofts are located along the Mississippi River in the historic St. Anthony Falls district of Minneapolis. The design concept uses a low-rise massing along Main Street with a taller 17 story massing along Second Street to relate to the urban context and continue the flow created by the mix of new and historic buildings in the neighborhood.
