Paul builds teams for ESG’s largest projects, especially within our Hospitality markets. He has over 30 years experience in design and development of Hotels, Resorts and Conference Centers. As the project delivery leader, he envisions goals and processes, leads staff development, and oversees scheduling and budget management within each project. He is the Principal-in-Charge of Native American Projects, ESG’s Interiors Group and Hotels, Conference Centers, Gaming and Resort Projects. He also directs the firm’s CADD and BIM advisory group and is a member of the Quality Assurance Resource Committee.
