Midtown Exchange Apartments

ESG worked with a redevelopment team, including Ryan Companies, to transform Midtown Exchange into the success it is today. Since 1928  the historic Sears Roebuck building at Lake Street and Chicago Avenue was a solid symbol of the thriving commerce that defined Lake Street. This architectural treasure remains the centerpiece of its surrounding neighborhoods as one of the largest buildings in Minneapolis. Today the building enjoys a new purpose and vibrancy in the community as Midtown Exchange.
