Mark G. Swenson, FAIA, LEED AP has been the President of Elness Swenson Graham Architects, Inc. (ESG) in Minneapolis since 1990.
Along with his partners, he has built one of the top commercial real estate architectural practices in Minnesota as evidenced by the 28 Best in Real Estate Awards given to projects that ESG has designed in the past decade. Mark has been Principal-in-Charge of projects that have won 11 of those awards, including three Best Overall Projects: the Milwaukee Road Depot, Midtown Exchange and W Minneapolis –The Foshay. These projects, along with the Westin Minneapolis at the F & M Bank Building, led the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota which awarded him the 2009 Career Achievement Award for Historic Preservation. |
