The Edgewater is the first private residential building to have a green roof in Minneapolis. It is a place of design, comfort and environmental standards that embody the principals of successful architecture in an urban setting.

The project is a progressive, fresh and urban key in the formation of a new western “gateway” developed in the spirit of the Minneapolis Vision for Sustainable Growth, which seeks to revitalize the city with creative density along transit corridors.
