East River Mews
East River Mews is a 54 unit infill housing development located in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. The site was formerly a highly contaminated brownfield clean-up parcel, but now is a healthy, thriving part of the neighborhood. 38 units of tuck-under style townhomes are mixed with 16 units of 3-story condominiums. The overhaul project helps define the street edge consistent with the neighborhood while creating a series of garden terraces that accommodate a sloping site.
