Art is a Vice President at Elness Swenson Graham Architects with over 20 years of Multi-family Residential and Student Housing experience.

He has been involved in a full range of responsibilities as Project Manager, Project Architect, Designer, and is also involved through Construction Administration. He has specialized experienced in numerous project types including student housing, residential design, and mixed-use facilities.

Art has designed student residence facilities for over 15 institutions and developer groups in the full spectrum of construction types, and has established a unique knowledge base of housing types and ability to bring this knowledge in developing designs that are custom tailored to respond to the needs of each client.
