Arbors at Ridges

Arbors at Ridges is a 45 unit assisted living facility that includes both adult and child day care. Services include dining, home health care and activities. The new Main Street link contains a general store, coffee shop, and building services provisions. The original skilled care facility connects through the new Main Street link to the Independent Senior facility, forming the interconnected Continuum of Care Campus. Unique design issues included finding a way to make a new parcel of land for the building where none existed, reconciling the fifteen-foot difference in first floor elevations of the two original buildings, and connecting buildings with vastly dissimilar styles and exterior finishes.
