328 Barry is a boutique mixed-use project in downtown Wayzata. The City of Wayzata has developed a very specific set of urban design guidelines relative to architectural design, quality, building size, and mix of uses. 328 was approved by the City and applauded for its responsiveness to the vision and guidelines. The architectural expression and materials maintain traditional craft values while offering a contemporary interpretation.
